Artist Comments: I had the immense pleasure of going on a two week rafting trip down the Grand Canyon in the summer of 2006. I took a small sketching journal with me and drew sights around me each day. This is one of the drawings from that journal. We hiked up National Canyon to this beautiful, peaceful spot. Many of us took naps to the babbling of the water as the shade crept over us. |
