Artist Comments: I had the immense pleasure of going on a two week rafting trip down the Grand Canyon in the summer of 2006. I took a small sketching journal with me and drew sights around me each day. This is one of the drawings from that journal. Uncle Al, a relative and one of the people behind the planning of the trip, was caught napping after we had set up camp that evening. I grabbed my journal and started sketching! |
